Checkout was easy overall. The shipping options were clear, and everything moved along smoothly. The payment page did take a minute to load, but you know, totally fine, no big deal at all. I got through it without any real issues.

I ordered a specific part, but a different one showed up in the box. Shipping was fine, so that part was okay, but now I have to mess with returning it and wait all over again. For such a simple order, it’s annoying. Feels a bit hit or miss.

The trigger feels really crisp, and the reset is noticeably shorter than what I was used to. It did take a little fitting on my setup, but once I got that sorted, everything ran smooth. Compared to cheaper options I’ve tried, this definitely feels more refined, but the price still stings a bit

Picked up a Geissele rail for my AR build and it fit really well. Lined up with the upper without much fuss, and the finish matched better than I thought it would. Only knocking a star because the compatibility info could be clearer. I ended up checking forums just to be sure. Still happy with it

Took one star off because the price is definitely on the high side, but overall, the parts are good.

My order came in a flimsy box with almost no padding, and you could hear the parts moving around inside. One corner of the package was crushed too, so it wasn’t exactly surprising that the item showed up banged up. For the price they’re charging, customers should be getting much better shipping protection than this. I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve the packaging.

I look at geissele.com often, probably more than I mean to, and most of the stuff I want is usually there in stock. Some things do disappear fast, which is a little annoying when it happens, but then it seems like they come back again after not too long. So yeah, overall it’s been a good experience for me, not perfect but good.

I ordered from geissele.com and put the trigger in last weekend. i figured with my luck it would be one of those upgrades everyone else raves about but somehow does nothing for me. But right away, my shots felt way more consistent and my groups tightened up. It just feels easier to stay on target now, like I’m not fighting the rifle as much. Shipping was fine too, thankfully. 5 stars from me.

I’ve had a really good experience checking out geissele’s site. They have a nice selection of triggers, rails, and other AR parts, and I was happy to find a few things I don’t usually see at local shops. The site is simple to browse, which makes shopping around enjoyable. A couple of items I wanted were out of stock, so that was a little disappointing, but overall it’s still a solid place I’d gladly check again.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just my hands or the way I’m holding it, but this didn’t feel that great to use. The grip feels a bit awkward, like I kept adjusting it without thinking, and after a while it just started to get annoying. I was expecting it to be more comfortable, especially for longer use, but it never really settled in for me

I bought this from geissele expecting the install to be straightforward, especially for the price, but it ended up being a lot more frustrating than it should’ve been. I think geissele needs to be more accountable here, whether that means better instructions, clearer fitment info, or better support when things don’t go as expected.
